The Family of Gwendolyn Johnson would like to thank the staff at Crest Manor for the care and compassion extended to our family. Although Mom's stay at Crest Manor wasn't very long, the quality of care she received was excellent. You created an environment that made Mom's transition a very comfortable, peaceful one. Thank you again for all you did!
As a nurse, I searched for the best nursing home for my Mom. Crest Manor was it! The staff is like a family, and they treated my Mom as if she was their Grandmother. Could not ask for a better place.
We have a wonderful Activity Dept‼️Something for everyone! There’s more than Bingo here‼️
The Cianciotto family would like to thank the staff at the Crest Manor Rehabilitation center for their compassionate care of Martine and the courtesies extended to her family during rehabilitation and hospice. Please accept our donation to assist you in your continuing sympathetic and compassionate care of others patients. Your staff and their efforts were a comfort to us during this trying and stressful time for our family.
“I don’t care what town you live in, if you need a nursing home, Crest Manor is the best!” - Barb White
After being in Rochester General hospital from December 10th until March, I was transferred to Crest Manor for Rehab. In these 4 months I have met wonderful skilled staff. RN's, Aides, PT, OT and social activities. I have also met and made friends with other residents here. RN Beth DeCorte has been so sweet to me, she has treated me to ice cream and a bottle of coke! What a doll! We have become friends and she always makes me smile. Another Aide that has been wonderful to me from the beginning was Alexis and Marie D who always makes me laugh. Crest Manor is a great place to Rehab! Activities include Sunday Mass, Bingo, Pokeno , spelling bees, movies and fabulous art projects. One cannot be bored here! Sincerely Lorna
After having told our father that our mom Jean Lewalter was in isolation as a precaution he was concerned about the staff. He knows that everyone has been working so hard during the quarantine. As a family we fully support you and know you are doing the best you can. I hope mom doesn't get super crabby and mean while she is isolated. A tip: She loves Walker Texas ranger and Lawrence Welk. and old movies. Love to all the staff.
Lisa- Facility Social Worker, Thank you so much for all your patience and wisdom and help taking care of Bob. Crest manor is so fortunate to have you.
When our family talks about our mother's care and comfort during the last year of her life, we remember fondly Crest Manor. The staff members dedicate time on a daily basis to provide quality of life to their residents. Round the clock professional nursing care; cleanliness of rooms, laundry, and personal care; nutritious and delicious hot meals; entertainment and stimulating craft projects; and a variety of outings an family friendly celebrations. The administrators at Crest Manor are respectful to the needs of the residents and their families, and liaisons assist with any financial, personal or emotional concerns. Not to be overshadowed is the exceptional medical team of doctors, physician assistants and nurses that consistently monitor the health and comfort of the residents and apprises the families of their observations & recommendations. When the time comes to make that heartfelt decision for a loved one- Please strongly consider the Crest Manor, Gratefully , The Joan Torcello Family
Thank you all SOOOOOO much for keeping the residents safe and busy. I know mom Joanne O'Donnell was looking forward to "visitation" through the window today!. Thank you for arranging that.

Many thanks to Katie from activities for making my mothers Birthday such a great day she loved it! Even though we are under quarentine we were able to celebrate through the window. Completed with balloons and Cake!
I appreciated the staff and Admin for the time my father was here as well as the short time my mother was- miss them dearly and appreciate all the staff did to care and help our family through.
“I have nothing but high praise for the people who took care of my Aunt Nancy.” The tireless work that those on the “front line” need to be recognized. We honored Crest Manor in her obituary. This was tough for Me, but with the staff support I was able to accept her passing with grace. As a family member I am so grateful for what you do every day.
I want to thank Lisa the social worker for working tirelessly to make sure we were on the list to visit mom. You made all the difference for our family. Mom has passed and we have had great visits with her because of Lisa. Thank you for getting Gary on the phone for a three way call. Again My brothers and I are so grateful. Lori, Rob and Ryan
It was absolutely wonderful to see Mom on Saturday. She looked great. Giselle did a great job on her hair. She did look sad and tired and not that interested in seeing Fred. Katie said that Mom doesn't do well in the afternoon. We know that and we know she can be different from minute to minute. It was so uplifting to see her and the staff that was there. We miss visiting everyone! Mom did really enjoy the root beer float! That was Fred's idea. Fred's hair is growing along the sides and back, he usually has it cut way back and it was sticking out from his hat. ? He looked so cute. A local photographer, Renee Veniskey, is doing a project on line, A Roc Moment:Families at Home, during the pandemic. She agreed to come and see if she could get any pics through the glass. We both knew it would be a challenge. She did get some and will be sending to me when ready and I will share with the nursing home, you all could use some good publicity. She will also be posting in her online exhibition. I wish I could HUG all of you. Love Karen
