“It was absolutely wonderful to see Mom on Saturday. She looked great. Giselle did a great job on her hair. She did look sad and tired and not that interested in seeing Fred. Katie said that Mom doesn't do well in the afternoon. We know that and we know she can be different from minute to minute. It was so uplifting to see her and the staff that was there. We miss visiting everyone! Mom did really enjoy the root beer float! That was Fred's idea. Fred's hair is growing along the sides and back, he usually has it cut way back and it was sticking out from his hat. ? He looked so cute. A local photographer, Renee Veniskey, is doing a project on line, A Roc Moment:Families at Home, during the pandemic. She agreed to come and see if she could get any pics through the glass. We both knew it would be a challenge. She did get some and will be sending to me when ready and I will share with the nursing home, you all could use some good publicity. She will also be posting in her online exhibition. I wish I could HUG all of you. Love Karen”

“Thank you for the most caring, professional care given to our mother, Dorothy Ocon, during her over 4 years with you. She was grateful for the personal manner that she was tendered to by all staff of the 2nd floor. How fortunate all of your patients are of Crest Manor! With a full heart of gratitude, most sincerely, Richard Ocon”
“During my Rehab stay at Crest Manor, everyone, the aides, nurses, therapists and anyone I had contact with were courteous, kind and helpful. I got excellent care and would recommend Crest Manor anytime!”
“The Family of Gwendolyn Johnson would like to thank the staff at Crest Manor for the care and compassion extended to our family. Although Mom's stay at Crest Manor wasn't very long, the quality of care she received was excellent. You created an environment that made Mom's transition a very comfortable, peaceful one. Thank you again for all you did!”
“You guys always have such great activities for our loved ones, thank you for all your hard work.”
